Our Sports - Beach Volleyball

It’s not a sport you expect to find in a small rural town but in 1995 we brought the beach to Campbell Park by truck and turned some of our car parking into 3 sand courts. 

Since then our competition has gone from strength to strength and it isn’t hard to see why. It is a fun, social mid week league that has a great atmosphere with some teams playing for over 10 years! We cater for all levels of ability from very social to very competitive and you are pretty much always guaranteed a laugh. 

We have 24 teams split into 3 grades and we run 2 rounds of competition a year, one before and one after Christmas. Spots for this league don’t come up often but to register your interest contact our Kereone Beach Volleyball Facebook Page
